Welcome to Clean Clean Auto Detail Club LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online booking system, social media channels, SMS/text messaging program, and all services provided by Clean Clean Auto Detail Club LLC. By accessing our website or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, using our booking system, opting in to our SMS messaging program, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book services, enter into agreements with us, or opt in to our SMS messaging program. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Services

We provide mobile auto detailing services within our designated service area in San Diego, California. Specific service descriptions, pricing, and terms are provided in our Services & Pricing Guide and Customer Service Agreement, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or for any vehicle at our sole discretion.

4. Booking and Appointments

All bookings are subject to availability. Booking a service constitutes your agreement to the pricing, service description, and terms associated with the selected service tier.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, vehicle information, and service location details at the time of booking. Inaccurate information that results in wasted time or resources may result in charges.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is always available on our website and in our Services & Pricing Guide. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept credit and debit cards through our secure payment processing system.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your use of our services.

6. Cancellation Policy

24+ hours notice: Cancellation or rescheduling at no charge

Less than 24 hours notice: $25 cancellation fee may apply

No-show without notice: $25 cancellation fee

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

7.1 Description of SMS Program

Clean Clean Auto Detail Club offers an SMS/text messaging program that allows us to communicate with you via text message. By opting in to our SMS program, you may receive the following types of messages:

Appointment confirmations and scheduling reminders

Service completion notifications

Promotional offers, discounts, and special deals

Club membership updates and billing reminders

Responses to your questions or requests

Service follow-ups and satisfaction check-ins

7.2 Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications on our website, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Clean Clean Auto Detail Club at the number provided. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

7.3 Message Frequency and Data Rates

Message frequency varies based on your service schedule, membership status, and interactions with us. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. You are solely responsible for any charges from your carrier related to receiving text messages from us.

7.4 Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from Clean Clean Auto Detail Club at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive any further SMS messages unless you opt back in. You may also opt out by contacting us directly using the information in Section 17 below.

7.6 Carrier Liability Disclaimer

  Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and device compatibility. Clean Clean Auto Detail Club is not responsible for messages that are not received due to carrier issues, device incompatibility, or changes to your phone number or carrier plan.

7.7 Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.
